Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, checks and CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 908.782.3040. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

We try our best to remain on schedule and to schedule emergency visits as soon as possible. To allow this scheduling we request 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Patients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel an appointment with  less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $45 broken appointment fee.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
